About our team
We are proud to be led by Elise de Saint Didier, a seasoned Online/Retail professional with a rich, 16-year history in running Buying/ Merchandising and eCommerce/ Digital Marketing organizations from Vente-privee (now Veepee), Groupon, Fab.com, Max Studio before she built her consultative Recruiting practice.
She built Executive Search Digital and then joined Chameleon Collective as a Partner to scale the team and support a growing demand in the Direct to Consumer space. Our consulting arm has reinforced the Consultative approach which is ours when we approach Talent Acquisition and Team building.
